Practice Manager

Practice manager since 1993 and co-owner since 2000, Susan has been employed at South Hyland Pet Hospital since 1982. Native to Bloomington, she attended the University of St. Thomas where she graduated in 1994 with a B.A. Degree in Business Management. She also has earned the Certificate in Veterinary Practice Administration from The Veterinary Management Institute at Purdue University Graduate School. She is a member of several veterinary organizations, including the American Animal Hospital Association, Veterinary Hospital Managers Association and Veterinary Practice Managers Network of Minnesota.

Susan keeps busy with her 3 children, Ryan, Katie and Charlie. Louie and Clyde, their Welsh Springer Spaniels and their cat Mr. Gray Man also share their home.
